1. Who we are
This website is operated by Smarter Consolidated Holdings LLC. This policy covers this website only. It applies to Smarter Consolidated Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries:

Companies in which we hold an interest operate their own websites under their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.
2. What we collect
Through this website: what you type into our forms, and one thing more. The contact form and the investor enquiry form collect what you enter: name, email, and any of the optional fields you complete (company, phone, state or country of residence, how you intend to invest, accreditation basis, amount range, timeline, referral source, and your message). Separately, if we have mailed you a letter, it may carry a QR code or link that is unique to your letter; using it records that your specific code was used, and when, which tells us our letter was read and helps us time any follow up. The letter itself tells you the code is unique to it. Beyond that, this site has no account system, no analytics, and it sets no cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share personal information.
3. If you email us
Form submissions are transmitted to our email through FormSubmit, a form delivery service, which processes the submission solely to deliver it to us. If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you choose to send.
We use that information only to correspond with you and evaluate a potential transaction. We do not add you to a marketing list. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
4. Information from third parties
In evaluating a potential acquisition we may obtain information from public records and commercial data sources, including business filings, property and permit records, and credit and litigation databases. That activity is part of our diligence process, is separate from this website, and is not triggered by your visiting this site.
5. Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by DigitalOcean. Like any web host, its servers may automatically record technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify individuals, and we do not combine them with any other information. DigitalOcean processes that data under its own privacy policy.
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Requesting a font necessarily discloses your IP address to Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy. If you would prefer the site make no third-party requests at all, the fonts can be self-hosted.
6. Your choices and rights
To access, correct, or delete anything you have submitted through the forms, write to us and we will handle it. If you have emailed us and want your correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information about you, or to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.
7. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us by email or through the forms. Do not send sensitive financial documents by unencrypted email; ask us and we will arrange a secure method.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the date below. If the change is significant, such as introducing analytics or a contact form, we will say what changed.
